Annabelle's pet goldfish gets overfed and grows to a huge size and escapes into a wading pool where it terrorizes the neighbor kids. Eek!, Sharky and Mittens come to the rescue.

Eek! is conscripted into service to keep a deranged madman (Checkers the Nixon dog) from embarassing Socks the Clinton cat.

In this spoof of Clint Eastwood movies Eek! and The Dog with No Name (Sharky) come face to face in a showdown with the Bandito Bearz (Squishy Bearz) in the frontier town of Hayfever. In the end they all end up disco dancing because their six-shooters have been turned into carrots.

Professor Elmo has developed a shrinking device that accidentally shrinks Eek! and Sharky who are then set to a mission to extract a raisin from president Perot's brain.
