The Squishy Bearz Rainbow of Enchanted Fun MinuteThe Squishy Bearz Theme Song can be heard in several episodes.
The Squishy Bearz Theme Song

They're the Squishy Bearz and they're right over there.
They're the squishiest bears you know.
They have squishy hairs 'cause they're Squishy Bearz.
Here come the swell Squishy Bearz!

Cowboy Bill and Indian TedThe cement truck driver's song is about a lonesome cowboy in "Bearz 'n the Hood" (first season, episode 02) .
Cowboy Bill (Cement Truck Driver's Song)

Oh, Cowboy Bill's a lonely guy, as lonely as can be,
Especially in the night time when I can hardly see.
He's got his horse, he's got his beans, he's got some rubber bands,
And if they hadn't fallen off, well, you could shake his hands.

In "Catsanova" (episode 3 of the first season) there is a song that could only be named "My Terra Firma". It is highly reminiscent of "Walking My Baby Back Home".
My Terra Firma

We were out until three, just my baby and me,
I call her My Terra Firma.
She's on solid ground and when we're foolin' around
My heart starts to pound like the waves on the sound.

I call her My Terra Firma.

Her heart's made of gold. I'll never leave it, I'm sold.
I call her My Terra Firma.

(Annabelle and Eek talk here while the tune plays instrumentally in the background)

All over this town I'd like to kiss all the ground
Beneath My Terra Firma.

The Shardy ShowThe theme for "The Shardy Show" on TV in "Eek vs. the Flying Saucers" (episode 5 of the first season).
The Shardy Show Theme

It's Shardy the magical dancing piece of glass.
Hey! don't sit there!
He's on the chair!
And he'll stick right in your...
(the song is interrupted here by a news flash)

Some of the Whining PiratesIn "The Whining Pirates of Tortuga" (first season, episode 7) the Whining Pirates sing.
Whining Pirates Song

Oh, a pirates life is a grand old life.
It's a little hot and stinky.
We sweat and whine and raise our mugs
And pray that we don't sinky.

We bite our nails as we sail
Into the burning sun.
We're getting chafed and chapped and sore.
This really isn't fun.

In "Great Balls of Fur" (first season, episode 09), we see a montage of songs from Melvis movies. All these songs have roughly the same tune which sounds a lot like "Blue Suede Shoes."

From the movie "Car Trouble"

We're gonna win this race,
We're gonna take first place.
I'm gonna win for my mama
'Cause she gave me this face.

From the movie "Melvis in Space"
Although it doesn't say it's from that movie in the show, there is a poster in Placeland for "Melvis in Space" so this is obviously the movie the song is from.

We're gonna go in space,
I gotta see that place.
Set the dial for Mars
'Cause we gotta make haste.

From an unknown Melvis movie ("Grease Pit Kid"?)
Possibly, this is from "Grease Pit Kid" or perhaps "Viva! Lost Wages!" or "Sleazy Rider" the posters for which hang in Placeland. I'm going with "Grease Pit Kid".

I'm gonna park those cars,
I gotta reach for the stars.
You got my head spinnin' 'round
Like a frog in a blender.

From the Melvis movie "Clambake Calamity"
There is a poster in Placeland that says "Beach Party" -- this would be an obvious candidate for the movie with this song in it, however, the elk on the TV in the Root Bar mentions the movie "Clambake Calamity" which may be a better choice. In the closed captioning the first line is shown as "We're gonna bowl those claws" but I think they are wrong -- they're wrong a lot in the captioning, so this would not be a big surprise. UPDATE! Just received the script for this episode. There is direct reference to Clambake Calamity being the movie this song came from. Also, the correct wording for the line in question is, "We're gonna boil these claws" while in the actual episode it sounds like "those" instead of "these". Amazing but true!

We're gonna boil those claws,
We don't have time to pause.
I'm gonna scale me a mermaid
And party with Jaws.

And then, there's the Stinky's Cat Food commercial, also from "Great Balls of Fur".Eek! and some of the backup singers.
Stinky's Cat Food Song
(Backup singers in italics.)

Stinky's Cat Food's real neat,
It's what us kitties love to eat.
(Shu-bop, shu-bop, shu-bop!)
Use your paws or use your feet
To stuff your mouth with fish and meat.
So, give your cat that special treat.
(Stinky's! Stinky's is so sweet!)
Stinky's Cat Food can't be beat.

Also in "Great Balls of Fur" at the end of the show Melvis sings this little number (backup singers in italics):

We're gonna dance is slush.
Get my sled dogs! Mush!
Gonna head off to the Arctic,
Get a polar bear rush.

We're going south...
(Goin' South, goin' South, goin' South...)

Oslo PcGeeIn "It's a Wonderful Nine Lives" (episode 12, first season), Oslo PcGee (pronounced like "McGee" only with a "P") sings a sad song about his probable fate on the farm. The spelling used here for Oslo's name is from the closed captioning in the original broadcast.
Oslo PcGee's Song

Christmas night is going by.
The hours 'til dawn seem to fly.
When the sun brings Christmas day,
All I'll be is pig parfait.

A parody on the Beatles song and video segment, "Can't Buy Me Love" from the movie, "Hard Day's Night" is performed in the "OutbrEek" episode.

The BEektles? What else!?Can't Stop The Bugs

Can't stop the bugs, bugs.
Can't stop the bugs.

You said you'd need insecticide
To free you of those fleas.
(of those fleas)
You said this itchy, burning bite
Would bring you to your knees.
(down to your knees)
You know I don't really think it's funny
Gettin' eaten by these bugs.

Can't stop the bugs,
Everybody tells me so.
Can't stop the bugs,
Ow, ow, ow, ow!

I haven't met a lot of mites,
But the gnats have made me squirm.
(gnats made me squirm)
Mosquito bites and spider stings
Don't wanna touch that worm.
(don't touch that worm)
Oh, I don't really think it's funny
Gettin' eaten by these bugs.

Here is the rap "Shark Doggy Dog" from Shark Doggy Dog, episode 29b.
